"Indigo Plant" makes Light Blue or Blue.
Indigo is a low shrub plant with green
pod-like fruit. It yields a good color if
immediately collected into bundles and
soak in liquid.
In Cambodia, it grows in
abundance on wastelands and open files.
It is found along the roadsides as well.
The roots are medicinally used by the
Cambodian against urinary retention and
gonorrhea. Indigo is an antiseptic and the
leaves are used in the treatment of liver.
