What is Goel Membership Card?
The Goel Membership Card can be used to save and redeem points at Goel Community shops. You will enjoy other benefits the card offers. Where can I buy the card? You can purchase Goel Membership Card at any Goel shops at $10. Don’t forget to get a free accessory from our shop along with the card. Benefits of Goel Membership Card:
1 point = 1 USD for purchases on your next visit
How can I receive my points? Just present your card to our cashier and we will input the earned points to your card. How can I check the balance of my points? Just bring the card to cashier at our shop and he/she will check the balance of your card. Is there an expiry date for my membership and points? No, your membership and points do not expire. If I lose my card, what should I do? What happens to the balance of points in my card? If you lose your card please come to our shop for a replacement. A replacement fee of USD1 will be charged, and your previous points balance will be transferred to your new card, and the old card will be deactivated. If I do not have enough points to pay for purchase, can I pay the the balance by cash? Yes you can- you can combine points and cash for a purchase. However, you cannot receive points for the cash balance of that purchase. Can I exchange my card and balance into cash? No, you cannot exchange the balance into cash. However, do note the points balance has no expiry date. |
